Each package, in addition to covering best auction practices, will be tailored to specifically address the needs of your event.  The goal is to see immediate results.  Questions will not be left unanswered. Need one specific topic addressed in greater detail?  No problem.  It's your time and we can & will fix your auction.

Auction Boost Package #1 - One-on-One Auction Multi-media Consultation

Ideal for groups taking the first steps toward advancing an auction to the next level.  May be working with a limited budget. Also helpful for a committees considering significant changes in an auction and would like expert advice before making major decisions. 

Includes: 

  • 75 minute One-on-One Auction Evaluation & Consultation - Skype, video, IM or conference call
  • Discuss any auction related issues directly with Charity Auction Expert Jim Miller
  • Receive detailed instructions for correcting auction trouble areas
  • Unrestricted Q & A during call
  • Receive money making ideas for your auction
  • Access to continuing help, via email, for 30 days following your phone consult
  • Additional hours available, as needed, at discounted rate
  • Satisfaction Guarantee: If not entirely satisfied that Jim has provided many times his fee, in usable auction advice and ideas, his fee will donated back to your organization.
  • Fee: $150 (*additional hours billed at $100 per hour)

 

Auction Boost Package #2 - On Site Auction Workshop

Ideally suited for those who see the potential for their auction, but are not receiving professional auction advice for their event.  Works very well for organizations unable to hire Jim due to scheduling issues.  You receive everything Jim offers in his Full Consultation Package, except that he is not available to attend your actual auction. 

Includes: 

  • 4-6 hour Auction Evaluation and Consultation presented on site (Client location)
  • Private Workshop with up to 12 seats available for committee, staff, volunteers, etc.
  • Detailed discussion about your auctions current situation with Charity Auction Expert Jim Miller
  • Hands on instructions and the addressing any/all auction problems
  • Free flowing Q & A during workshop
  • Guaranteed money making ideas for your next event
  • Open discussion about anything having to do with your auction
  • Unlimited email, phone consultation leading up to your benefit auction.
  • Donuts and coffee  ; )
  • Satisfaction Guarantee:  If not entirely satisfied that Jim has provided exceptional auction advice and ideas, his fee (less travel expenses) will be donated back to your organizatio

Fee: $1500 + travel expenses


Auction Boost Package #3 - Full Consultation Package

A solution designed for the non profit organization that is serious about presenting a World Class Charity Auction Fundraiser.  This commitment puts your auction in a favorable position to receive "must attend" status among your donors.  It also is key to the process of your event becoming an effective fundraiser for years to come.

Includes:

  • Jim Miller will serve as Charity Auctioneer for your event
  • Pre-Auction Evaluation and Consultation done "On Site" (Client location)
  • Private Workshop with up to 12 seats available for committee, staff, volunteers, etc.
  • Detailed discussion about you auctions current situation with Charity Auction Expert Jim Miller
  • Hands on instructions and the addressing any/all auction problems
  • Free flowing Q & A during workshop
  • Guaranteed money making ideas for your next event
  • Open discussion about anything having to do with your auction
  • Unlimited email, phone consultation through your event date
  • Optional Non Competitive contract for your area. *
